Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from where she previously left off competing in top competitions including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the competition, she placed third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and was crowned 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. The competition was among the very best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second heavy weight day.
